This Beer of the Month belongs to the St. Bernardus Abt 12…Oak Aged!
Yep, you read that right. One of the highest rated beers in the world received a six month barrel aged treatment. The beer still has the world class base of the original, but now there’s slight notes and aromas of the apple brandy casks used in the barreling process which also mellows out the beer very well. Don’t expect anything too different from the original, just think of this beer as a Ferrari getting some custom wheels.
