Liability Waiver

In purchasing and participating in these workout programs, Client represents that he/she is physically able to participate in vigorous exercise and is not suffering from any condition that might make vigorous exercise a danger to Client’s health.

Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all risks or damages that may occur as a result of utilizing the workout programs.

In addition, Client agrees not to hold the Speakeasy, The Gentleman & The Meathead, or it’s Trainers liable for any such consequences or damages, and specifically covenants not to sue the Speakeasy or it’s Trainers for any consequences or damages that might occur as a result of participating in the workout programs.
